I would like to start off by saying that Realty Executives Tri County is lucky to have Joyce Waterhouse!
I found Joyce by a referral from my sister and am so glad I did. We had a working relationship for two years and Joyce was always there for everything. She would drop anything and everything to drop papers off or help out with anything we needed. The house we bought was hit by a flood just before we closed on it and Joyce spent about 7 hours (of her own personal time) helping me wet vacumn the basement. How many people would do that? Our relationship with Kelly McGovern began when we called to view a house she was the listing agent on. That house did not pan out for us, but Kelly would hang with us for the next 10 months while we viewed many properties that Kelly recommended and others we saw separately. The Christmas Tree Lighting was held November 25th at the Bellingham Town Common. Realty Executives, Tri County worked with the Common Trustees to help make the event a huge success. Realty Executives passed out reindeer antlers, blinking Rudolph noses, bendy holiday beers, cookies and other free giveaways. Rudolph was a special guest of Realty Executives. Mike Shain, Medway Cooperative Bank, passed out hot chocolate with whipped cream. There was a special visit from Santa Claus himself.

The Pumpkin Stroll/Trick or Treating was held October 21st. Realty Executives, Tri- County, worked with the Bellingham Business Association and Ann Odabasian of Ann´s Lakeview Restaurant to bring the Bellingham Community a Pumpkin Stroll/Trick or Treating Night on the Bellingham Town Common. We had a fantastic turnout with over 200 children participating in the event. Residents dropped off carved pumpkins in the afternoon and came back that evening to see them all lit up and to enjoy trick or treating on the Bellingham Town Common.
